In addition to the expert product design services which Caparo AP Braking can offer, we also offer complete system engineering. Supplied with the relevant vehicle data, Caparo AP Braking will calculate the optimal braking system for your vehicle. We will specify all of the technical elements of the braking system, such as disc type, disc size, caliper piston size(s), brake pad area, amongst others. In doing so, we will consider any customer specified criteria whilst carrying out the calculation(s), to ensure that any customer choosing Caparo AP Braking as its brake system supplier is fully satisfied with the end product.
Caparo AP Braking offer a full vehicle testing facility, where we will carry out all of the physical braking tests in advance of regulatory approval. While testing the performance of the braking system we will be logging vast amounts of system data, allowing us to ensure that the braking system is optimised.
We have our own, on site, research and development facility where all of our products, undergo extensive testing for strength, performance and fatigue. As with the vehicle testing, any customer specific requirements can, in most cases, be accommodated.
A brake hose installation service is offered, where we will review your installation and design a practical flexible hose routing on site. These proposals can quickly be converted into actual product for detailed assessment. Whether a simple or highly complex hose routing is required. Caparo AP Braking has the experience and expertise to engineer the best solution possible.
