Caparo AP Braking design and manufacture automotive brake and clutch system components to meet our customers needs and expectations, statutory and regulatory requirements. We strive to improve our Quality, Cost & Delivery performance of products and services.
Business and departmental objectives shall be determined and achievement will be monitored through the establishment of KPI's. Each will have an owner and be formally reviewed by the Board of Directors at pre - determined intervals such as Monthly Board meeting, Sales & Operations Planning and the Quarterly Quality Management Reviews.
The Quality Management System will be regularly audited and reviewed to ensure compliance to the latest requirements of ISO 9000:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 with no exclusions and to continually improve its effectiveness.
All areas of our business will adopt a consistent and systematic approach of continuous improvement in all processes, which will prevent errors and improve quality and productivity as common practice.
We recognize that our most valuable asset is our people and are committed to training, developing and involving them, utilizing all their talents to generate and maintain a customer focused team.
Our aim is to be the first choice in Brake supply to the niche & medium volume vehicle market. We will strive to ensure that this position is gained by a united and committed approach to the implementation of this policy by all our people.
