In an ever changing world, we must ensure we continue to meet and surpass our customer requirements, through Quality, Cost and Delivery. In order to do this we must look to new processes and models, continue to train and educate our employee’s in the use of new tools and techniques to continually improve ourselves, so we continue to call ourselves “Best in Class”.
We must comply with new legislation, such as the new REACH requirement so as to ensure that our customers are supported and given the service and information they require in a timely manner.
Internally we will continue to drive down and reduce our own internal targets and set ourselves new goals and challenges, to actively drive a continuous improvement philosophy throughout the business, whilst encouraging and developing our suppliers to ensure future demands and products are introduced on time. The world is changing. In order to maintain a successful business we need to continually change with it. Legislation is becoming increasingly stringent and is supported by other economic policies and measures that foster environmental protection. We must continue to look at the way in which we do things to ensure that we meet and exceed these requirements and operate in a sustainable way.
