Our team of experienced engineers are encouraged to explore the boundaries of whiat is possible in the design of high performance braking product. The use of 3D CAD and FEA software allows us to prove out our designs quickly, and move to manufacture in the most efficient way.

The availability of lightweight, mechanically efficient braking product is more important today than ever before.

Caparo AP Braking intend to continue to apply their expertise in the design and manufacture of braking product, in conjunction with the Caparo group's advance material technology's to cement its position as a high quality full brake system provider.

  • Concept New concepts and designs are always under investigation at Caparo AP Braking. Our ability to move quickly from concept to production sets us apart from our competitors.
  • Design At all stages of the design and development process the latest technology and proven systems are utilised to ensure that our solutions meet all our customers' requirements.
  • Model At Caparo AP Braking we are fully up to date with our CAD software. Using SolidWorks as our primary CAD system we can produce and review design concepts quickly.
  • Prototyping Rapid prototyping is used on all new projects to ensure the products are developed in the quickest time and help at all stages of the project including vehicle fitment trials, design reviews, manufacturing prove-out and marketing.
  • Production Caparo AP Braking is organised in recognition of the differing market requirements requiring different approaches for OE & Aftermarket segments.
  • Product Caparo AP Braking are a full foundation braking system supplier. A range of Vacuum Booster's, Master cylinders (Single / Tandem / Twin), Opposed piston calipers, Pin sliding calipers, Drum brakes, Valves, Transmission brakes and flexible brake hoses are all currently available.
  • Innovation Caparo AP Braking Engineering Team have substantial experience and knowledge in all aspects of automotive hydraulics and braking systems.
